Return & Exchange Policy

At Fishpond, our reputation for unmatched quality among those who use our gear is a tremendous source of pride. Items purchased on fishpondusa.com and kept in unused condition may be returned for up to 30 days. Please note that we do not offer return labels. Items that are missing tags, are stained or discolored, or otherwise exhibit signs of use are not eligible for return. All online order returns and exchanges must be made through our returns process here. For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please work with the store directly.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To begin the returns process, please visit our returns center and use the order number & zip code associated with your order. Select which items from your order you wish to return and the reasoning on why the product is being returned. Once we review and approve the return, a gift card or refund will be processed.


HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To begin the exchange process, please visit our returns center and use the order number & zip code associated with your order. Select which items from your order you wish to exchange and then select the new color and/or size you wish to exchange for. Your new item(s) will be shipped within 2-3 business days of completing the online exchange process.
